What should our lifestyle be like?
Most of the students do it that,
they have following methods that are unhealthy for them. They wake up at night and sleep during the day. He or she does not understand the difference between night and day, nor does he or she want to understand. Their ‘logic’ is only one – to study;
Somehow,Whether it is day or night, they are can’t understand that. (I will talk about the logic later). But in this both their habits and health are harmful for their health, they are not concise for good health. They are continuously following irregular routine or methods. That is not good for students lifestyle. They should change their habit.
Now let’s talk about their argument – “Reading is all you need, whether you read all night or during the day, it is not a main factor”.that is poit,Alright, i agree their argument that reading is all, but they are forgotten health is wealth,always reading is not good for freshness.
But actually this is not the case.it’s true. We consider the light of medical science with thought or common sense – by sleeping continuously at night, when we wake up in the morning, then the brain is fresh, after i can do anything like, eating breakfast, we are getting energy.
It remains exact from 11 noon to 1 am. After lunch some read a little and leave the table for afternoon reading; Someone takes a nap. We should After having breakfast in the evening, reading continuously and having dinner and going to bed with a little study. It’s good habit for students lifestyle and good health,mind fresh etc.
They should keeping the target, he or she will wake up at night – then it turns out and lying on the bed for sleeping , trying to make up for his sleep during the day. But there are many differences between daytime sleep and night sleep.
Actually they knowing about night sleeping and day sleeping. Naturally, the day is noisy and the night is peaceful, silent, charming and weather mindblowing. “He has made the night for you, that you may rest in it… Verily in it are signs for a people who hear” (Surah Yunus, verse 67).
So, the opposite rule does not give authentic satisfaction. And many wake up at night and swallow or eat after cup of tea and coffee with a few snacks ;
As a result
They later become patients with severe dont take pressure. This was amazing, Health loss occurs. Sometimes,the habit of waking up at night becomes permanent. That is bad.Due to this, there is a possibility of leaning towards various immoral acts or yaba.
Most of the families stop their children from such a lifestyle but they don’t listen.this is not good for his or him children.Rather excited and rude.
I see,In many families, parents and children wake up at 11:00-12:00. It’s very bad culture or habit. When someones families elart for childe concise, they can’t sleep 11.00 to 12.00.
They are wake up 6.00 pm and eating breakfast, some time exercise, But Don’t it their, While eating breakfast, Zohar’s call to prayer is called. And while eating rice, call for prayer.
Dinner at 7:30 or 8:30 p.m., and dinner at 12:00 p.m. In these families, religious worship, such as, the daily prayers of Muslims five time, is not emphasized.as a Muslim this is important for everything.
So if this is the condition of the house, how are the families of this era getting involved in bad habits?
Therefore, we and our families must strategy to change our habits to build a life of potential habit and essential habit. Children must understand. Therefore,which is right must be applied, so, you can rebember this all is well
